There are no guarantees given when buying at auction. The absence of a condition report does not constitute a guarantee.
A buyers’ premium at 17.5% plus VAT, will be added to the bid price of each lot.
Lots purchased online will also attract a 2.5% plus VAT surcharge through Southams Online or 5% plus VAT through the- saleroom.com
We regret that we are unable to process requests for condition reports received after 1.00pm on the day preceding the sale.
Access to the saleroom is by catalogue only, priced at £10.00 (admits two).
