Lots prefixed (S1): Purchasers will require the appropriate Firearms (S1) or RFD Certificate.
Lots prefixed (S2): Purchasers will require the appropriate Shotgun (S2) or RFD Certificate.
Lots prefixed (S5): Purchasers will require Section 5 Authority or Section 1 or 2 certificate with the appropriate condition.
Lots prefixed (S58): Antique or Obsolete Calibre weapons that do not require a licence to hold provided the purchaser fully complies with the Terms of Sale (see Section 16).

One important difference between an auction and a retail shop is that all goods are sold as seen. Lots could have faults or missing parts so it is very important that you carefully inspect items you are interested in buying before the sale takes place. A buyers’ premium at 20% +VAT, will be added to the bid price of each lot for this sale.
Some Lots may incur VAT on the hammer price, these will be noted +VAT within each Lot description.
We regret that we are unable to process requests for condition reports received after 1.00pm on the day preceding the sale.
Access to the saleroom is by catalogue only, priced at £10.00 (admits two).
Identification may be required, and the auctioneers reserve the right to refuse access at their discretion.
Collection of lots purchased are at the designated times and locations as follows :
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday post sale 9am - 3pm

Any collection times other than the above are by appointment only directly with the auctioneers.

Please always remember that the lots purchased are at your own risk from the fall of the hammer, it is therefore in your own interest to get everything paid and collected as soon as possible.
In completing the online bidder registration and providing your payment card details you:
(i) confirm that you are authorised to provide these credit card details to the auctioneer and have sufficient funds available to complete the transaction.
(ii) agree to abide by the auctioneer’s conditions of sale and special terms and conditions as stated in these particulars and on the online bidding platform.
(iii) agree to make payment via the methods and timescales stated above at the completion of the auction and authorise the auctioneer that on failing to do so the credit/debit card given may be charged in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased.
